What types of projects does Bard Spaces take on?+
We specialize in luxury residential and select commercial/hospitality projects — complete interior design, custom furniture, and turnkey solutions tailored to each client's lifestyle.
What is your minimum project size?+
We work on projects from single-room furniture commissions to complete 10,000+ sq ft turnkey residences. Our fee structure scales accordingly.
How long does a typical project take?+
Design phase: 4–8 weeks. Execution: 3–9 months depending on scope. We give you a detailed timeline at the start and adhere to it.
How do you charge for your services?+
Design fees are charged on a flat ₹350/sq ft basis. Furniture and execution are quoted separately with full BOQ transparency. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?+
Yes — we have completed projects in Lucknow and take select outstation projects. Travel and accommodation for site visits are charged separately.
